Meet Tanner and Lance

Two Utah County dads who answer the phone, show up on time and stand by their work.

Tanner and Lance have known each other for more than ten years and have built businesses side by side for most of them. Valley Water Co is the first one they are building together. Tanner spent about seven years running nursing homes, where the job was keeping a hundred families happy every single day, and he has worked in sales since. Lance has spent his whole career in marketing, much of it helping local service businesses, and he wants this one to feel like the neighbor around the corner, not something slapped together.

Between them they have renovated their own homes, flipped houses and managed rentals, so they have been on the customer side of more contractor experiences than they would like to remember. Their promise is a plain one: they answer the phone, they call you back, they show up on time, they do what they said they would do, and they stand by their work. When you call, you talk to an owner. Both of them have kids, and both came to this wanting healthier water for their own families. As Tanner puts it, "We want to treat customers like we expect to be treated."

Not sure you need anything? Call anyway. That is a perfectly good reason.
