Lehi homes get water from wells, springs and Central Utah surface water. We size softening, filtration and kitchen RO to the mix your street actually gets.
Lehi City's water department blends seven wells and three springs with surface water bought from the Central Utah Water Conservancy District. Its 2025 report lists total dissolved solids from 120 to 388 ppm, depending on which source is feeding your line.
Lehi disinfects with chlorine, and its 2025 report measured 0.20 to 0.80 ppm in delivered water. Sulfate ran 4 to 40 ppm and sodium 5 to 45 ppm across the sources.
Because the blend shifts between wells, springs and district water, two Lehi houses a mile apart can see different water. We read the report with you before suggesting anything.
We are based in Lehi, so a Lehi install is a short drive and a quick follow up if you ever need one.
