South Jordan water is chlorinated district water. We set up whole house carbon filtration and kitchen RO with that chlorine level in mind.
The City of South Jordan Water Division delivers treated water from the Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District. The city's 2025 report shows chlorine from 0.5 to 1.3 mg/L in its own system.
South Jordan's own 2025 data shows trihalomethanes from 27.3 to 69.4 ug/L, and the district table in the same report averages total dissolved solids at 281 mg/L.
The district table also lists nitrate averaging 1.2 mg/L. We go through the report with you and explain what a filter changes about the taste of chlorinated water.
South Jordan is close to our Lehi base, and every install there is handled by our own local crew.
